Context

Pro Silva is an association composed by 23 natonal Pro Silva organizatons promoting close-to-nature forestry. Pro Silva members are public and private forest managers, owners and workers, as well as scientists, ecologists, educators and proponents interested in close-to-nature forestry.

2026 is a crucial year for Pro Silva as the association professionalizes and scales up its actvities. In this context, Pro Silva is looking for an advocacy and communication officer who will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing Pro Silva’s advocacy and communication strategy.

Pro Silva is looking for an Advocacy and Communication Officer to help promote close-to-nature forestry (CTNF) and contribute to the transformation of forest management across Europe.

Join our team and work for a network of wonderful foresters actively implementing close-to-nature forestry across Europe, sharing knowledge, experience, and a vision for resilient forest management.
